How long do I have to register my gift?
You need to register your gift before the expiry date on your gift registration booklet. We recommend that you register your gift as soon as possible.
How long does my adoption last?
Your adoption lasts for 12 months from the date of registration.
How long does it take for me to receive my certificate and meerkat photograph?
These will be dispatched within 28 days from the date of registration.
Can I visit the meerkats?
Meerkat Magic aims for as little impact as possible on the meerkat nature reserve so that they remain true to their natural behaviour. They encourage an 'Observe and Conserve' policy and the animals are completely wild. The meerkat reserve is located in Oudtshoorn, West Cape, South Africa. It welcomes guests for tours at certain times of the year.
Does my gift entitle me to anything else?
Yes! If you do decide to visit the meerkats, this gift entitles you to a 10% discount on a Meerkat Magic tour. Further details are provided in the gift tin.
Disclaimer: This gift package is produced in association with Meerkat Magic. The organisation does not just concentrate its efforts on one particular species. If for any reason your chosen project is unavailable, the organisation reserves the right to allocate the donation wherever they feel the need is greatest. The adoption is valid for 12 months from the date of registration. The tour discount is valid for one tour only. This is a novelty gift item and must be regarded as such.
